Personal training offers you the chance to work one-to-one with a personable coach, who will create a tailor-made programme especially for you, providing support and expert advice. This is by far the most efficient way of reaching your goals!
Small group training is a more affordable option than personal training, in a more intimate setting than an exercise class. You will work as part of a small group and will, therefore, receive closer attention from the personal trainer, allowing you to make more progress!
Exercise has been shown to be an effective medicine against mental ill-health, and so the emotional wellbeing programme was devised for anyone suffering from low mood, stress, depression or anxiety. The programme combines physical activity with other techniques to help alleviate symptoms and bring more inner peace.
Here at fontfit, we believe that exercise should be accessible for everybody, and so we run a 45-minute community class at 6.15pm, at 1 Kennington Road, London SE1 7QP (see map below). The cost is a suggested donation of £2-5, and we simply ask that you pay a fair price that reflects the quality of instruction and is affordable for you.
